Scope of Services

• Multi-Family & Residential (Single-Family, Townhomes & Infill): Multi-meter bank configurations, underground service trenching, pad-mount transformer sizing, and overhead service drops for multi-family complexes and residential developments.

• Commercial (Retail, Office & Mixed-Use): Primary and secondary service connections, 208V, 480V, and 600V 3-phase service design, transformer pad placements, and commercial utility application support.

• Industrial (UID & Heavy Loads): High-capacity primary distribution feeds, 600V industrial service entrances, heavy-duty duct banks, unit substation placement, and point-of-demarcation engineering.

• Data Centers & Mission-Critical Infrastructure: High-capacity 208V, 480V, and 600V primary/secondary service connections, heavy duct banks, dual-utility feeder points of demarcation, and transformer pad layouts tailored for high-density compute loads.

• Utility Interface & Permitting: Service upgrade application preparation, site single-line diagrams (SLDs), service trench plans, and direct coordination with local utility service planners.

Boundary of Service: Our work centers on external utility distribution, site primary/secondary infrastructure, and the utility service entrance interface. Interior building wiring and building MEP engineering are handed off to the client's building design team at the main service disconnect.
